A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Deposit details will be sent via email and text from our Fresha system before your appointment. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid; if the deposit is not paid more than 48 hours before the appointment, your slot may be reallocated.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit or incur a 50% cancellation fee. A “no show” will result in loss of the deposit or a 50% fee and will not be rebooked.
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled and a cancellation fee may apply, as this impacts the next guest’s allocated time.
New clients booking online must provide a credit card to secure the booking.
Instructions on how to prepare for your dry curl cut will be included in your consultation form and in reminder emails. Please follow these instructions so we can complete your service and you can get the best result from your curl cut. If hair is not prepped according to the instructions, an additional charge of $80 may apply or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
How to Prepare your Hair for a Curly Cut
Arrive with freshly washed (shampooed), completely detangled and fully dry hair — a dry cut depends on your hair’s natural fall and curl pattern. No hair ties, clips or pins; let your hair sit in its natural fall and curl.
Wash and condition as usual, then air-dry or diffuse until completely dry.
Do not brush once dry.
Avoid heavy, sticky, stiff or greasy products that coat the hair and blunt scissors. If you use leave-in or light mousse, apply sparingly so curls keep their natural shape.
You may use a very small amount of lightweight styling product, but nothing that weighs curls down or leaves residue.
Come prepared:
Bring photos of the look you want.
Be ready to explain your curl routine, maintenance preferences, and any problem areas before the stylist begins.
